- BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Pelantikan)2019
- 50/2019] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 22 Februari 2019, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Basuini bin Ali untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal koperasi itu bagi tempoh mulai 14 September 2018 hingga 13 September 2020 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil Koperasi itu, mengikut mana yang terdahulu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Pembatalan Pelantikan) 2019 [P.U. (A) 292/2019] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 30 Oktober 2019, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah membatalkan pelantikan Basuini bin Ali berkuat kuasa pada 31 Oktober 2019: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Pelantikan) (No. 3) 2019 [P.U. (A) 293/2019] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 30 Oktober 2019, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal koperasi itu bagi tempoh mulai 1 November 2019 hingga 20 September 2020 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil Koperasi itu, mengikut mana yang terdahulu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad) (Pelantikan Semula)2020

(B) 225 3 pada 13 Ogos 2020, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik semula Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal koperasi itu bagi tempoh mulai 21 September 2020 hingga 20 September 2021 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil Koperasi itu, mengikut mana yang terdahulu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad) (Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan) 2020 [P.U. (A) 331/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 24 November 2020, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah membatalkan pelantikan Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya berkuat kuasa pada 30 November 2020, dan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Kamri bin Mustapha untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal koperasi itu bagi tempoh mulai 1 Disember 2020 hingga 20 September 2021 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil Koperasi itu, mengikut mana yang terdahulu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah mengadakan mesyuarat agung tahunan Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad pada 25 September 2021 dan sepuluh anggota Lembaga baharu telah dipilih dengan sewajarnya pada mesyuarat agung tahunan itu: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia memberi notis di bawah subseksyen 69D(4) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502] bahawa pengambilalihan kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Automobil Kuching Berhad yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen 69(2) dan 69A(2) Akta telah ditamatkan pada 25 September 2021 dan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia menyerahkan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak P.U. - WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 50/2019] published in the Gazette on 22 February 2019, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Basuini bin Ali to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs for the period from 14 September 2018 to 13 September 2020 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the Koperasi, whichever is earlier: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Revocation of Appointment) Order 2019 the [P.U. (A) 292/2019] published in the Gazette on 30 October 2019, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has revoked the appointment of Basuini bin Ali with effect on 31 October 2019: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) (No. 3) Order 2019 293/2019] published in the Gazette on 30 October 2019, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs for the period from 1 November 2019 to 20 September 2020 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the Koperasi, whichever is earlier: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control of Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad) (Reappointment) P.U. (A) 229/2020] published in the Gazette on 13 August 2020, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has reappointed Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs for the period from 21 September 2020 to 20 September 2021 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the Koperasi, whichever is earlier: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control of Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad) (Appointment and Revocation of Appointment) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 331/2020] published in the Gazette on 24 November 2020, the Malaysia Co-operatives Societies Commission has revoked the appointment of Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya with effect on 30 November 2020, and the Malaysia Co-operatives Societies Commission has appointed Kamri bin Mustapha to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs for the period from 1 December 2020 to 20 September 2021 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the Koperasi, whichever is earlier: AND WHEREAS, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has held an annual general meeting of the Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak on 25 September 2021 and ten new Board Members have been duly elected at the annual general meeting: NOW THEREFORE, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice under subsection 69D(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502] that the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad made under subsections 69(2) and 69A(2) of the Act has been terminated on 25 September 2021, and the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission submits the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Automobil Kuching Sarawak Berhad to the newly elected Board.
