- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 47(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], the Minister has appointed Professor Dr. Mohd Nazri bin Kama as the Personal Data Protection Commissioner with effect from 15 June 2023 to 7 May 2025. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Norman Anak Peter as the Personal Data Protection Commissioner published in the Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Personal Data Protection Commissioner [P.U.
