- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Wildlife Conservation (Amendment) Act 2022 [Act A1646], the Minister appoints 1 February 2023 as the date on which the Act comes into operation except sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 32, 35, 37, 38, 39, 44, 45, 48, 61, 65, 68, 73 and 75.
