- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(2) Akta Dadah Berbahaya (Langkah-Langkah Pencegahan Khas) 1985 [Akta 316], Menteri mengarahkan supaya “Pusat Pemulihan Akhlak, Lahad Datu, Sabah” menjadi tempat tahanan bagi orang yang diperintahkan untuk ditahan di bawah subseksyen 6(1) Akta mulai 1 Oktober 2023. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(2) of the Dangerous Drugs (Special Preventive Measures) Act 1985 [Act 316], the Minister directs the “Rehabilitation Centre, Lahad Datu, Sabah” to be a place of detention for persons ordered to be detained under subsection 6(1) of the Act with effect from 1 October 2023.
