  1. MENURUT subperaturan 15(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Optik 1994 [P.U. (A) 210/1994] dibaca bersama subseksyen 4(3) Akta Optik 1991 [Akta 469], Timbalan Pengerusi memberikan notis bahawa optometris berdaftar yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual telah dipilih sebagai anggota Majlis Optik Malaysia bagi tempoh tiga tahun mulai 9 Februari 2023.

NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE

MALAYSIAN OPTICAL COUNCIL

PURSUANT to subregulation 15(1)

of the

Optical

Regulations 1994

[P.U. (A) 210/1994] read together with subsection 4(3) of the Optical Act 1991

[Act 469], the Deputy Chairman gives notice that the registered optometrists specified in the Schedule have been elected as members of the Malaysian Optical Council for a period of three years with effect from 9 February 2023.
