- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 65U Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengecualikan kapal yang bukan kapal Malaysia daripada pemakaian subseksyen 65KA(1) Ordinan berkenaan dengan perkhidmatan pengangkutan kargo pindah kapal yang dikontenakan bagi sektor antara Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas ke Pelabuhan Pasir Gudang dan sebaliknya dan Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas ke Pelabuhan Kuantan dan sebaliknya berkuat kuasa mulai 6 Oktober 2023 hingga 5 Oktober 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 65U of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister exempts non-Malaysian ships from the application of subsection 65KA(1) of the Ordinance in respect of the transport of containerized transhipment cargo services for the sectors between the Port of Tanjung Pelepas to the Port of Pasir Gudang and vice versa and the Port of Tanjung Pelepas to the Port of Kuantan and vice versa with effect from 6 October 2023 to 5 October 2026.
