- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong oleh seksyen 6 Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32], dan yang diwakilkan kepada Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. 33/1968, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa naskhah sahih bagi Rang Undang-Undang Kewangan Awam dan Tanggungjawab Fiskal 2023 yang akan dikemukakan dalam Mesyuarat Ketiga Penggal Kedua Parlimen Kelima Belas ialah naskhah dalam bahasa Inggeris. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by section 6 of the National Language Acts 1963/67 [Act 32], and delegated to the Prime Minister under P.U. 33/1968, the Prime Minister prescribes that the authoritative text of the Public Finance and Fiscal Responsibility Bill 2023 to be introduced in the Third Meeting of the Second Session of the Fifteenth Parliament is the text in the English language.
