Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) terhadap Yap Kian Fei dan Tong Woon Jun supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi Jenayah 1, Kuala Lumpur pada 25 Oktober 2023 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1)

Jun to attend before Criminal High Court 1, Kuala Lumpur on 25 October 2023

at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.

Jadual

Cash totalling RM60,000.00 in the possession of Yap Kian Fei and Tong Woon Jun which was seized on 13 April 2022
