NOTIS CADANGAN PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM

Opening note

Preamble

BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 440/2014] yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 10 Oktober 2014, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk tokong dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 31 Oktober 2023 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu. NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 440/2014]

published in the Gazette of the Federation on 10 October 2014, the Land Executive

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the Federal Land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a temple and has designated that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2)

of the National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of

National Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the

Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and

Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur, 2nd Floor, Federal House, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. on 31 October 2023 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
