- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.040 Kemaman, Terengganu telah menjadi kosong berikutan perisytiharan oleh Hakim Pilihan Raya, Mahkamah Tinggi di Malaya, yang bersidang di Kuala Terengganu bahawa pilihan raya bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut pada 19 November 2022 adalah terbatal bagi Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 17 Oktober 2023 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.040 Kemaman, Terengganu dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 18 November 2023 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 28 November 2023 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 2 Disember 2023. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.040 Kemaman, Terengganu has become vacant in consequence of the declaration by the Election Judge, High Court in Malaya, sitting at Kuala Terengganu that the election of the said Constituency on 19 November 2022 was void for the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 17 October 2023 to the returning officer of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.040 Kemaman, Terengganu and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be on 18 November 2023 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 28 November 2023 and the polling day shall be on 2 December 2023.
