- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 47(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], the Minister has appointed Norman Anak Peter as the Personal Data Protection Commissioner with effect from 4 January 2023 until 3 January 2024. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mazmalek bin Mohamad as the Personal Data Protection Commissioner published in the Appointment of Personal Data Protection Commissioner [P.U.
