- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537] dibaca bersama subseksyen 13(2) Akta Pencegahan Keganasan 2015 [Akta 769], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan dan kawasan yang terletak di atas Lot PT 269, Blok 27, Kilometer 17, Mukim Kemena, Daerah Bintulu, Sarawak sebagai suatu tempat tahanan yang dinamakan sebagai “Tempat Tahanan Khas, Bintulu, Sarawak” bagi penahanan orang dalam jagaan sah. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537] read together with subsection 13(2) of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 [Act 769], the Minister declares all buildings and area situated on Lot PT 269, Blok 27, Kilometer 17, Mukim Kemena, District of Bintulu, Sarawak to be a place of detention to be named as “Special Detention Centre, Bintulu, Sarawak” for the detention of persons lawfully in custody.
