- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Dato’ Wan Jeffry @ Wan Noor bin Kassim as the President of the Industrial Court with effect from 3 July 2023.
