Preamble
- PURSUANT to subsection 55(1) and 63(1) of the Syarie Legal Profession (Federal Territories) Act 2019 [Act 814], it is notified that—
(a)
the appointment of
Dato’
Hajjah
Hazizah binti
Kassim as the
Treasurer of the Majlis Peguam Syarie of the Federal Territories in the
Declaration of Persons Elected as Members of the Majlis Peguam Syarie of the Federal Territories [P.U. (B) 483/2022] published in the Gazette on 12 October 2022 is revoked with effect from 2 December 2023;
(b)
Roshdan Sujak’ bin Rafie is appointed as the Treasurer of the
Majlis
Peguam
Syarie of the
Federal
Territories to replace
Dato’ Hajjah Hazizah binti Kassim and shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the member who is replaced with effect from 2 December 2023;
(c)
Amanina
Aiman binti
Mohamad
Fozi is appointed as a member of the Majlis Peguam Syarie of the Federal Territories to replace
Roshdan Sujak’ bin Rafie and shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the member who is replaced with effect from 2 December 2023; and

Yusmawati binti Ab.llah is appointed as a member of the Majlis Peguam Syarie of the Federal Territories to replace Dato’ Haji Sulaiman bin Abdullah and shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the member who is replaced with effect from 19 January 2024.
