PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) dan seksyen 13 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama sebagai anggota Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh dan bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua sebagai anggota Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan sebagaimana dalam pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam Warta yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) and section 13 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the First Schedule as members of the Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan as described in column (2) with effect from the date and for the period specified in column (3). 3 Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as members of the Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan as in the notification published in the Gazette specified in column (2) are revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (3).
