- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Datuk Haji Mohd Radzi bin Haji Abd Latif as a Judge of the Syariah Appeal Court with effect from 26 September 2025 to 6 October 2026.
