- IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature (Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2026 shall be—

from Thursday, 17 December 2026 to Thursday, 31 December 2026.
