Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature (Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2026 shall be—

(a)

from Monday, 1 June 2026 to Friday, 12 June 2026; and

(b)

from Thursday, 17 December 2026 to Thursday, 31 December 2026.
