Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di Defence Services Asia Exhibition 2026 (DSA 2026) dan National Security

Asia Exhibition 2026 (NATSEC Asia 2026) di Kuala Lumpur dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang diberikan kepada Pengarah DSA

Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu berkuat kuasa;

(b)

pemakaian subseksyen 5(1) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di Defence Services

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts employees and agents appointed by DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the

Defence Services Asia Exhibition 2026 (DSA 2026) and National Security

Asia Exhibition 2026 (NATSEC Asia 2026) in Kuala Lumpur provided that the arms licence granted to the Director of DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force;

(b)

the application of subsection 5(1) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the

Defence Services Asia Exhibition 2026 (DSA 2026) and National

Security Asia Exhibition 2026 (NATSEC Asia 2026) in Kuala Lumpur; and

(c)

the application of section 36 of the Act in respect of arms intended solely for the purpose of display at the Defence Services Asia

Exhibition 2026 (DSA 2026) and National Security Asia Exhibition 2026

(NATSEC Asia 2026) in Kuala Lumpur.

This Notification has effect from 15 March 2026 to 30 June 2026.
