Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts FLS Lands Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for FLS Life Park (Kuantan) Scheme, with effect from 25 March 2026 subject to the condition that FLS Lands Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
