MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR PENANG PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the
Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Penang Port in the State of Penang as prescribed in the Legal Notification
No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Amendment of Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule—
(a)
by substituting for the words “Settlement of Penang” the words
“State of Penang”; and
(b)
in respect of the State of Penang, by substituting for item 54 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
