IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) read together with subsection 1(8) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757], the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) appoints Nurfauzana binti Zamanhuri, Valuation Officer of the Valuation and Commissioner of Buildings Division, Perbadanan Putrajaya as other officer for the purpose of administering and carrying out the provisions of the Act for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya with effect from 3 June 2025 and for the period the officer serves with the Valuation and Commissioner of Buildings Division, Perbadanan Putrajaya.
