ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
DECLARATION AND REVOCATION OF DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 67
PURSUANT to section 67 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister charged with the responsibility for local government, after consultation with the State Government of Johor and the Minister charged with the responsibility for works, declares the local authorities specified in the Schedule as the appropriate authority in relation to any road situated within the areas of the local authority with effect from the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
Revocation of declaration 2.
The Declaration under Section 58 of the Road Traffic Ordinance 1958
as published in P.U. (B) 371/1981 on 2 July 1981 is revoked.
