Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 120(1)(e) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], berkenaan dengan Majlis Daerah Kota Tinggi yang telah diisytiharkan sebagai pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 183/2026, Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi kerajaan tempatan memberikan kuasa kepada pegawai Majlis Daerah Kota Tinggi sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual untuk mengkompaun apa-apa kesalahan terhadap mana-mana perintah atau kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat oleh Majlis Daerah itu di bawah Bahagian III Akta. Pembatalan pemberikuasaan 2. Pemberikuasaan di bawah Perenggan 120(1)(e) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 141/1999 pada 15 April 1999 dibatalkan.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

AUTHORIZATION AND REVOCATION OF AUTHORIZATION

UNDER PARAGRAPH 120(1)(e)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 120(1)(e) of the Road Transport

Act 1987 [Act 333], in respect of the Kota Tinggi District Council which has been declared as an appropriate authority as published in P.U. (B) 183/2026, the Minister charged with the responsibility for local government authorizes the officers of the Kota Tinggi District Council as specified in the Schedule to compound any offence against any order or rules made by the District Council under Part III of the Act.

Revocation of authorization 2.

The Authorization under Paragraph 120(1)(e) of the Road Transport Act 1987

as published in P.U. (B) 141/1999 on 15 April 1999 is revoked.
