- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Anti-bully Act 2026 [Act 876], the Minister appoints 16 June 2026 as the date on which Parts III, IV, V, VI, VIII and IX, and sections 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46 of the Act come into operation.
