- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 21(1)(aa) Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong telah melantik Zulhelmy bin Hasan sebagai Timbalan Yang Dipertua Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mei 2026.
