- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 54(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri menetapkan empat blok rumah berkembar dalam Kompleks Penyayang Sinar Kasih, Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang sebagai tempat selamat berkuat kuasa mulai 28 Julai 2026. Pembatalan 2. Penetapan keseluruhan Kompleks Penyayang Sinar Kasih, Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang sebagai tempat selamat melalui Penetapan dan Pembatalan Tempat Selamat [P.U. (B) 362/2024] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 12 September 2024 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 28 Julai 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 54(1) of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints four blocks of semi-detached houses in Kompleks Penyayang Sinar Kasih, Nibong Tebal, Penang as a place of safety with effect from 28 July 2026. Revocation 2. The appointment of the whole of Kompleks Penyayang Sinar Kasih, Nibong Tebal, Penang as a place of safety by the Appointment and Revocation of Place of Safety [P.U. (B) 362/2024] published in the Gazette on 12 September 2024 is revoked with effect from 28 July 2026.
