- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Profesor Madya Dr. Mohamed Eskandar Shah Mohd Rasid sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan bagi tempoh mulai 1 November 2025 hingga 31 Oktober 2028. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Profesor Madya Dr. Mohamed Eskandar Shah Mohd Rasid as a member of the Competition Commission for the period from 1 November 2025 until 31 October 2028.
