- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Ismail Arul Raj bin Amirudin sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Perak berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Julai 2026. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Nor Tipah binti Majin sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Perak dalam Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya [P.U. (B) 459/2020] sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 10 September 2020 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Julai 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Ismail Arul Raj bin Amirudin as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Perak with effect from 31 July 2026. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Nor Tipah binti Majin as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Perak in the Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Registrar for Persons with Disabilities [P.U. (B) 459/2020] as published in the Gazette on 10 September 2020 is revoked with effect from 31 July 2026. [JKM.PU.100-1/14/22 JLD.1; PN(PU2)668/JLD.4]
