NATIONAL HERITAGE ACT 2005

DECLARATION AND REVOCATION OF DECLARATION

OF PROTECTED ZONE 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the

National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Minister, on the advise of the Commissioner, declares the area described in the First Schedule as a protected zone.

Revocation of declaration 2.

The declaration of the area described in column (1) of the Second Schedule as a protected zone in the notice published in the Gazette specified in column (2) is revoked.
