- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 42 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik Dato’ Mohamad Shakir bin Abdul Hamid sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah berkuat kuasa mulai 19 Februari 2023 hingga 18 Februari 2026. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Dato’ Mohamad Shakir bin Abdul Hamid as a Judge of the Syariah Appeal Court with effect from 19 February 2023 to 18 February 2026.
