PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 42 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2). IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as Judges of the Syariah Appeal Court for the periods specified in column (2).
