Pindaan seksyen 24b
Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:
“(1) For the purposes of subsection 15(3), the Board shall appoint an Investigating Committee which shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman who shall be a registered Professional
Engineer with Practising Certificate; and
(b)
two other members, one of whom shall be a Professional Engineer with Practising
Certificate.”.
