sebab-sebab penempohan atau perubahan itu diminta; dan

jenis dan isi keterangan yang dicadangkan hendaklah diberi atau dikemukakan olehnya.

An enquiry will be held at Pejabat Tanah Pokok Sena on Wednesday the 13th of

October 2004 at 9.00 a.m. in respect of the following matter:

Proposal to Revoke Reserved Land described in the Schedule below vide section 64 of the National Land Code

Any person who has any interest or wishes to make any claim, objection or other submission should attend at the place at the time specified and be prepared to give oral evidence and to produce any documentary he may possess.

Any such person may be assisted at the enquiry by an advocated and solicitor.

Any such person may, by registered letter, apply for postponement or for a change of venue, stating:

the person for which such postponement or change is sought; and

the nature and substance of the evidence which he proposes to give or adduce.
