Article I

This Law shall be cited as THE LAWS OF THE

CONSTITUTION OF NEGERI SEMBILAN, 1959, and shall be read subject to the Federal Constitution, and shall be in such Part or Parts as herein provided and shall be deemed to have come into operation upon the date of the dissolution of the last Council of State.
