Article LXVI
(1)
The language of the Legislative Assembly shall be the National Language, subject to whatever provisions Parliament by law prescribes.
(2)
The texts:
(a)
of all
Bills to be introduced or amendments thereto to be moved in the
Legislative
Assembly; and
(b)
of all Enactments of the Legislative Assembly and all subsidiary legislation issued by the
Government of the State;
shall be in the National Language and the English Language, the former being authoritative.
