Section 36

of Sabah Forestry Development Authority Enactment 1981

Section 36

(1)

All moneys paid to the Authority shall be paid into an account in such bank or banks licensed under the provisions of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372.] as may be approved by the Authority.

 ―Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989‖ substituted for ―Banking Act 1973‖ by virtue of Act 372.

(2)

All orders against the said account shall be signed by the General Manager and countersigned by another officer of the Authority authorised in writing in that behalf by the

Authority.
