(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with the Authority, by notice in the Gazette
–

(a)
declare any area in Sabah to be a port for the purposes of this Enactment;
(b)
declare any area in Sabah adjacent to a port to be the approaches to such port.
(2)
Every declaration under this section shall define the limits of the port or of the approaches to the port as the case may be.
