Section 13

A Native Court may order that any penalty or compensation payable in cash or kind which it shall impose shall be paid at such time and by such instalments in kind or otherwise as it shall think just, and in default of the payment of any such penalty or compensation or of any instalment of the same when due, the court shall order that the amount of such penalty or compensation or the instalment thereof, as the case may be, shall be levied by sale of any property belonging to the offender and situate within the territorial jurisdiction of the court.
