Section 15

(1)

Every Native Court shall have the powers of the Court of a Magistrate to summon parties and witnesses and to issue warrants of arrest:

Provided that if the summons is to be served outside its territorial jurisdiction such summons shall be signed by two members of the court or by one member and a Magistrate.

(2)

No warrant of arrest issued by a Native Court shall be executed unless it is endorsed by a Magistrate.
