(1)
All proceedings of every Native Court shall be subject to revision by the District
Native Court which, if it considers that such proceedings are irregular, improper or unconscionable, may quash or vary the same or direct a rehearing.
(2)
A District Native Court may call for and examine the record of proceedings of a
Native Court for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of any order recorded or passed and as to the regularity of any proceedings of such court.
(3)
In exercising its powers of revision, a District Native Court shall have the discretion whether to allow the parties involved a right to be heard:
Provided that no final order shall be made to the prejudice of any person unless such person has had an opportunity of being so heard.
