Section 18

Section 18

(1)

An appeal shall lie from any order of the District Native Court to the Native Court of Appeal.

(2)

An appeal to the Native Court of Appeal shall lie-

(a)

as of right, on any ground of appeal which involves a question of native law or custom alone;

(b)

with leave of the Native Court of Appeal, on any ground of appeal which involves a question of fact or question of mixed law and fact or sentence of imprisonment.

Native Court of Appeal may request for report.
