Section 23
(1)
An appellate Court may-
(a)
dismiss an appeal;
(b)
set aside or vary an order;
(c)
reduce or increase any sentence of punishment or fine or order for compensation; or
(d)
order a rehearing by the same or a differently constituted Native Court.
(2)
No order shall be varied or declared void solely by reason of any defect in procedure or want of form.
