(1)
No person shall be liable to be sued in any Civil Court for any act done or ordered to be done by such person in the exercise of jurisdiction conferred by this
Enactment, whether or not within the limits of such jurisdiction:
Provided that at the time of such act or order he believed in good faith that he had jurisdiction to do such act to or to make such order.
(2)
No officer of any Court or person bound to execute lawful warrants or orders issued or made in the exercise of his jurisdiction conferred under this Enactment shall be liable to be sued in any Civil Court for the execution of such warrant or order which he would be bound to execute, if the person issuing the same had been acting in the exercise of lawful authority.
