Section 19
(1)
Except in cases of emergency or when carrying out wildlife management work on behalf of the Director, the proof whereof shall lie on the pilot thereof, no aircraft -
(a)
shall be landed in a Wildlife Sanctuary otherwise than at an approved airfield; or
(b)
except for the purposes of landing or taking off from an approved airfield, shall be flown at a height of less than five hundred metres over a Wildlife Sanctuary.
(2)
The pilot of an aircraft who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
