Section 122
Every mining lease duly registered under this Part shall, subject to the provisions of this Enactment, be conclusive evidence –
(a)
that the lease of the land described therein is vested in the person or body for the time being registered as the lessee; and
(b)
of the conditions and other provisions subject to which the land is for the time being held by the person or body, so far as the same are required by any provision of this Enactment to be specified in that document.
Lease shall indefeasible.
