Where a mining lease authorising a large scale operation is altered to a mining lease authorising a small scale operation under section 63(10) –
(a)
the lessee shall submit a modified rehabilitation plan for approval by the
Committee; and
(b)
the lessee shall continue his obligations under section 127 in accordance with the modified rehabilitation plan.
