(1)
The revocation of a prospecting licence or exploration licence shall take effect on the date the order of revocation is made under section 56, 57 or 98, as the case may be.
(2)
Where an order of revocation as mentioned in subsection (1) has been made, the holder of such licence shall forthwith surrender such licence to the Minister.
