Section 19
The User shall bear the following costs and expenses incurred:
(a)
in making an application for the access licence;
(b)
in complying with the conditions imposed by the Director, after consultation with the Council; and
(c)
in meeting or fulfilling any other requirements or conditions as may be imposed by the provision of this Enactment.
