(a)
adverse effects on the conservation of biological diversity, including where the access activity affects endangered taxa, endemism or rarity;
(b)
adverse effects upon the quality of life or the cultural values of the native and local communities;
(c)
environmental impacts which are undesirable or difficult to control;
(d)
danger of erosion of genetic diversity and ecosystem, their resources or their components because of undue or uncontrolled collection of biological resources or traditional knowledge associated with biological resources;
(e)
adverse effects upon human, animal and plant health; and
(f)
use or potential use of resource for purposes contrary to the interest of the
State.
(2)
The Director may withdraw his approval and terminate the access licence and further use of the biological resources or traditional knowledge associated with biological resources where it is apparent that the User has violated any of the provision of this Enactment or the regulations thereto, or any other agreed terms under the access licence if public interest so demands.
(3)
In the event of any revocation of the access licence, the Director shall not be subject to any claim for any loss, damage or compensation arising from the revocation of the access licence.
