Section 27

The Director may, by notice in writing, require any person, occupier or owner of any place or premise to furnish to the Director information relating to –

(a)

any use of land or vegetation;

(b)

any damming, diversion, taking or use of any water;

(c)

any construction, drainage, excavation, reclamation, in or of any foreshore or seabed;

(d)

any equipment, control equipment or industrial plant or any produce found on such place or premise;

(e)

any pollutant found in such place or premise;

(f)

any emission, discharged or deposit of any pollutant in or on such place or premise; or

(g)

any book, record or document relating to the use of any equipment, control equipment or industrial plant or any produce.
